how to participate in this appeal

Actively participating our appeal is very easy. Just visit one of the 'Tree of Remembrance locations' and remember your loved one by:

1. Writing a message of remembrance on a tag of your choice

2. Hang your tag on our special tree of remembrance

3. Leave a donation for the hospice appeal in the container provided.

OR

You actually like to have a Tree of Remembrance in your Business, place of work, next community meeting or the like... Please contact the Hospice to arrange your organisations participation, Sue & Terrey will by very happy to hear from you. Just contact us via email or phone the Hospice office on 5492 8707.

We make participation every easy for you, the information below will give you a bit of background on the organisation of the appeal:

Instructions on completion of Sunshine Coast Community Hospice Remembrance Tree Appeal

The Sunshine Coast Community Hospice Appeal will take place from 29 November 2008 to 18 December 2008.

If you wish to continue with your designated Remembrance Tree un until Christmas or after, please inform the Hospice office at Trinity House on 07 5492 8707.

On completion of the appeal please place all written remembrance tags into the box provided.

Please return your collection pot, written tags, box and any remaining tags to the Hospice Office - Trinity House Caloundra or Hospice Shop Gateway Drive Noosaville or contact the office by phone or email for collection to be arranged.

All collection boxes will be audited by two (2) people and you or your organisation will be informed of the total contents.

On completion of the appeal all tags will be placed in the hospice library once built.
