Remembrance Tree

participate between 29 Nov and 19 Dec 2008

During November and December this year the Hospice is holding a fundraiser which will be Christmas Remembrance Trees, this appeal will be undertaken from Gympie down to Caloundra and surrounding districts.

How this will work is people will be able to write out a tag, in Remembrance of a loved one, and then hang it on the tree.  Perhaps leave a donation for the Hospice Appeal.

We ask that you support the project by putting up a tree in your facility, office, or place of work.  We would supply the tags and ties and the collection box.   If you are interested in supporting this very worthy charity, please feel free to contact us for further information.  Or you can view the 'Tree of Remembrance' Organisation Participation on this page below:
'Sunshine Coast Community Hospice Tree of Remembrance Participation' Information.

If you would like a copy of this flyer to the left in full size to distribute and create Community awareness of this very worthy appeal, please just download here: "Tree of Remembrance" poster.
