Thanks to the Suncoast Clayworkers Association

It ceases to amaze me as to how some of the fundraising comes about. The Suncoast Clayworkers Association recently had a convention, workshop, conference.

At a dinner function, there was an auction of a donated coffee machine. The person who was successful in their bidding for the coffee machine paid $500 for it.

She then decided that the machine could be donated back to the Clayworkers for them to use. As a group they decided to continue to with fundraising by charging

Everyone $2.00 for a cup of coffee and this money could be given back to the community.

Our thanks to the Suncoast Clayworkers Association who have now given the $500 to Katie Rose Cottage to continue with our work of caring for the terminally ill here on the Sunshine Coast..
